These little hanging birdseed hearts are a truly sweet wedding favor. Besides being pretty, 2birdsinlove uses planet-happy, locally grown organic seed & hemp ribbon, too. The favors come in other shapes besides the hearts (like doves, initials, etc.), and they'll even personalize the little gifty tags, as well. Cutecutecute...

Wedding Photo I-Spy Scavenger Hunts

These darling, printable table-topper lists (free for the downloading from Martha) are perfect for weddings, reunions, big family BBQs... pretty much any occasion with lots of grownups and a smattering of kidlets, too. You simply place the lists on the tables with little disposable cameras and pencils, and the kids can wander the event looking for each perfect shot, marking them off as they go. This is great for keeping boredom at bay, and it also encourages mingling with new friends. You're also sure to get some superunique, kids-eye-view photos us old-timers would be likely to miss. Really cute idea!

Father's Day Favorites Playlist

These sweetly-semi-sappy celebratory tunes make for an excellent Father's Day Mix CD (and btw, some of the songs are also great as father/daughter dance selections; I used the first at my wedding reception. )

Father/Daughter Dance Sneakiness Tip: At my reception, I wasn't too excited about the idea of having a ton of people staring at me, so after the first half of the song was over, we had the DJ invite all the dads and daughters in attendance to join us. We had lots of grandpas dancing with their grown daughters, and also ittybittylittle kids dancing with new dads... so it made for a really sweet moment (& really sweet photos, too.)
