About Me

- I've loved furry, winged, and finny critters for as far back as I can remember, and I've been working professionally with animals for over a decade. Besides having been a dog trainer, I'm also a naturalist at a nature center. I teach preschool there, and my mornings are spent doing importantly silly things like painting with pine needles and leading roly poly expeditions. I also run the nature center's art gallery, work part time at a natural history museum, substitute teach at local preschools, and lead seasonal ECE Art & Nature Workshops for a coastal land conservancy. My current creative outlet is making kooky, kitschy collage art and little craftsy girly things for my Etsy shop... (yay!) Though my schedule is always busy, it's also always fun! This site keeps friends, family, clients (& random curious visitors) connected with info, tips & positivity-infused musings of the (mostly) pup, planet, preschool, & princessy variety.

I want one of those lockets! They are so delicate and classicly unique. I only wish she would do custom orders, as I have a quote I love but c'est la vie. There are lots of cool ones.
@miss: I know what you mean. This particular one is sold out now and I'm not sure if/when she'll make another with the same quote. I think it's super pretty. And these would make great gifts for book lovers, too.
