Pine Cone Bird Feeders

We make these every year in my Preschool In Nature class. They're totally easy, and supermessyfun, too (just be sure your kidlets don't have peanut allergies. In class, I always switch out the peanut butter for veggie shortening, but, even still, it's also important to know that most commercial birdseed does come in contact with peanuts during the packing process.)
