Girly Girl Giveaway: Cat Nap Tote Bag
Is it just me, or is Em&Sprout one of the cutest Etsy shops ever? To enter to win the superadorable In Naptime We Succeed tote bag shown above, just visit Em&Sprout and come back here to comment on your very favoritest item (like the ones shown below!) Personally, I'm especially loving the Sleepy Panda Eye Mask, the Framed Bunny & Kitty Love Art, and the Kitty Cat Mary Janes. If that's not enough cuteness for you, you can find even more cuteness on Em&Sprout's Facebook Page. Or at the artist's other web endeavor, SickForCute. It's a cuteness bonanza!
Contest closes on 4/7/11. One winner will be chosen by random the following morning. Best of luck. And may the cuteness be with you. Always.
UPDATE: THIS CONTEST IS NOW CLOSED.

Singsongy Saturday: Gently, Gently
This video reminds me of a snowglobe. And the song is lovely, too!

Style Muse: Pattie Boyd
Pattie Boyd was all about being bright-eyed and bunny-toothed. She had a supercute, quirky, classic-meets-silly style (lots of bows, boots, sunglasses, crazy prints and lotsandLOTS of fun, happy hats.) Besides being a style muse, she was a music muse, too. She inspired two Eric Clapton songs (Wonderful Tonight, and Layla,) as well as the Beetles' Something (which Frank Sinatra was quoted as saying was "the best love song ever writen.") Wowza!

Birds on The Wires
Did you know that the day we first met, my husband wrote a song for me using the tones from my phone number? This musician made a song using the position of birds on a wire. So cute. Just watch. And listen.

Foxy Love
When I was little, I had a crush on Robin Hood. Robin Hood the fox. Robin Hood the animated fox. And I always loved this scene. Admit it, you want a flower ring, too!
